Saw this article about Sylvan Learning Inc that notes they are in the process of converting existing corporate owned locations into franchises by signing new franchise agreements with qualified buyers. The article says that Sylvan has identified up to 40 locations across the USA that it is considering converting and that franchisees have the potential to generate income ranging from $200,000 to $1,000,000 from these centers.
Sylvan centers provide tutoring services on reading , writing, and math and currently operates more than 1,000 centers in the USA and Canada.
